To improve your commute, MoDOT, St. Louis City and St. Louis County engineers <br />suggest the following: <br />Morning Rush: <br />Leave earlier <br />Morning trouble spots include: <br />Eastbound I-64 from Clarkson to Mason from 7:15 to 8 a.m. <br />o <br />Southbound I-170 from Delmar to Forest Park Parkway from 7:45 to 8:45 <br />o <br />a.m. <br />Use other exits including Page, Delmar or Ladue as alternates to the Parkway <br />exit <br />Evening Rush: <br />Leave earlier <br />Manchester continues to be the best alternate <br />6 PM is the heaviest time on Page, Forest Park Parkway, Manchester and <br />Brentwood <br />Interstates in general are heaviest from 5-6 p.m. <br />The biggest trouble spot for the County continues to be illegal left turns at the <br />intersection of Hanley and Dale. Motorists are reminded to use the road through the <br />Meridian development to access Dale Avenue. We have had problems with individuals <br />parking on Forsyth during peak hours and wrong way traffic on Northmoor. The County <br />and the Police Department are aware of both.
