The three in favor were Mr. Wagner, Ms. <br />Ricci and Mr. Glickert. <br />The original motion proposed by Mr. Glickert passed by the majority with a <br />vote of five in favor and two against. The two against were Ms. Ricci and <br />Mr. Wagner. <br />Resolution 2008-2 will be reviewed again in January 2010. <br />L. CITIZEN COMMENTS <br />M. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />Mr. Price asked that MSD would work on the Channel to help prevent future <br />flooding. <br />Ms. Ricci saw the park’s master plan and wanted to know when it would be <br />discussed. <br />She was concerned over the process used in renaming streets. Ms. Ricci asked <br />City Manger if there were budget items approved at a different economical time that <br />could be reviewed again in light of the budget constraint. <br />Mr. Crow asked if the City knew of how many citizens were successful in receiving <br />assistance from FEMA. His other concern was the housing of all pension funds with <br />one location rather than sharing over several with recent wall-street concerns. <br />All Council congratulated Ms. Watson for the award received by the finance <br />department. <br />Mr. Wagner motion for Council to go into Executive discussion to discuss RSMo <br />610.021 (1) Legal on (2) Real Estate.
