UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> BILLS <br />1. BILL 9009 - An ordinance amending Chapter 9.20 of the University City <br />Municipal Code, relating to offenses by or against minors, by repealing Section <br />9.20.020 thereof, relating to curfew, and by repealing Section 9.20.030 thereof, <br />relating to unlawful for parent, guardian or other adult to permit curfew violation, <br />and enacting in lieu thereof new sections to be known as “Section 9.20.020 <br />curfew”, and “Section 9.20.030 unlawful for parent, guardian or other adult, to <br />permit violation”, thereby amending said sections so as to change the curfew <br />time to between the hours of ten p.m. and six a.m. on all days; containing a <br />savings clause and providing a penalty. <br />2. BILL 9014 - An ordinance adopting “Olive Boulevard Design Guidelines” for all <br />new development and any substantial redevelopment along Olive Boulevard <br />within the City Limits. <br />3. BILL 9015 - An ordinance amending chapter 34 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to zoning, by enacting therein new sections to be known as 34- <br />30.6(4) [“Other Development Standards” in the “SR” – Single Family <br />Residential District; 34-31.6(4) “Other Development Standards” in the LR” – <br />Limited Residential. District; 34-32.6(4) “Other Development Standards” in the <br />“MR” – Medium Density Residential. District; 34-33.6(9) “Other Development <br />Standards” in the “HR” – High Density Residential. District]; 34-34.6(11) “other <br />Development Standards” in the “HRO” – High Density Residential./Office <br />District; 34-35.6(13) “Other Development Standards” in the “LC” – Limited <br />Commercial District; 34-36.6(14) “Other Development Standards” in the “GC” – <br />General Commercial District]; 34-37.6(14) “Other Development Standards” in <br />the “CC” – Core Commercial District]; 34-38.6(14) “Other Development <br />Standards” in the “IC” – Industrial Commercial District; 34-39.6(11) “Other <br />Development Standards” in the “PA” – Public Activity District; 34-40.8(14) <br />“Other Development Standards” in the “PD” – Planned Development District; <br />and 34-88.3(3) “District Standards” in the Olive Boulevard Historic District”; <br />thereby amending said chapter so as to add provisions on the Olive Boulevard <br />Design Guidelines for new development and substantial redevelopment along <br />Olive Boulevard; containing a savings clause and providing a penalty. <br />4. BILL 9016 - An ordinance amending Chapter 34 of the University City <br />Municipal Code, relating to zoning, by repealing section 34-123.1 thereof <br />relating to City Council review of site plans and Section 34-132.2 thereof <br />relating to Plan Commission findings of facts for conditional use permit <br />approval, and enacting in lieu thereof new sections to be known as "34- <br />123.1 City Council Review”; and "34-132.2 Findings of Fact", thereby <br />amending said section so as require that all new development and <br />substantial redevelopment along Olive Boulevard reviewed under a site <br />plan or a conditional use permit process comply with the Olive Boulevard <br /> <br />
