City, Missouri; thence northwardly along the east line of said Harvard (formerly Oberlin) Avenue, a distance of three hundred seventy-two and no/100 (372) feet to a point; thence westwardly at a right angle across said Harvard (formerly Oberlin) Avenue, a distance of fifty (50) feet to a point in the west line of said Harvard (Oberlin) Avenue; thence southwardly along the said west line of Harvard (formerly Oberlin) Avenue to the northwest corner of the aforesaid Delmar Boulevard and Harvard Avenue; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Delmar Boulevard to the point of beginning. The area lying within the above described boundaries is 18,600 square feet or 0.43acres more or less. Section 2. The University City Municipal Code is hereby amended as follows: Section 10.36.100 Traffic-control signals. Change: Harvard Avenue and Delmar Boulevard to Sgt. Mike King Drive and Delmar Boulevard. Section 10.36.160 Designation of intersections prohibiting right turn on red. Change: Delmar Boulevard and Harvard Avenue to Delmar Boulevard and Sgt. Mike King Drive. Section 10.48.030 Parking meter zones designated. Change: Zone B Delmar Boulevard: Both sides from Harvard Avenue to the east city limits to Zone B Delmar Boulevard: Both sides from Sgt. Mike King Drive to the east city limits. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to have this ordinance recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of St. Louis County, Missouri. Section 4. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person firm or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of University City Municipal Code Sections 10.36.100, 10.36.160 or 10.48.030, nor bar the prosecution of any such violation. Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage as provided by law.
