RESOLUTIONS <br />K. NEW BUSINESS <br />BILLS <br />1. <br />BILL 9020 – An ordinance amending Chapter 10.36 of the University City <br />Municipal Code, relating to regulations for specific streets, by repealing section <br />10.36.090 thereof, relating to stop intersections – vehicles to stop at certain <br />intersections, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as <br />“section 10.36.090 stop intersections – vehicles to stop at certain <br />intersections” thereby amending said section so as for traffic to stop on Canton <br />Avenue at the intersection with Mendell Dr; containing a saving clause and <br />providing a penalty. <br />2. <br />BILL 9021 - An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to <br />be known as “The Residences of Dartmouth III” and located at 7011 <br />Dartmouth. <br />3. <br />BILL 9022 - An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to <br />be known as “714 Leland Condominiums” and located at 714 Leland. <br />4. <br />BILL 9023 - An ordinance providing for the submission of a proposition <br />authorizing an increase in tax levy on one hundred dollars valuation for <br />general municipal purposes to the qualified voters of the City of University City <br />at an election on August 4, 2009. <br />5. <br />BILL 9024 – An ordinance imposing an additional one-fourth of one percent <br />sales tax on all retail sales made in the City of University City which are <br />subject to taxation under Chapter 144 RSMo, and providing for the submission <br />of a proposition authorizing such tax to the qualified voters of the City of <br />University City at an election on August 4, 2009. <br />6. <br />BILL 9025 - An ordinance imposing an additional one-fourth of one percent <br />sales tax on all retail sales made in the City of University City which are <br />subject to taxation under Chapter 144 RSMo, for Economic Development <br />purposes, and providing for the submission of a proposition authorizing such <br />tax to the qualified voters of the City of University City at an election on August <br />4, 2009. <br />RESOLUTIONS <br />7. <br />Resolution 2009 – 1 Neighborhood Improvement District in University Hills <br />8. <br />Resolution 2009 – 2 Budget amendment # 1for FY 09 <br />L.
