Over the years, it was also used as a towing service <br />building and for various different office uses. The current proposal asks for approval of an auto- <br />detailing facility, which falls under the use class of “vehicle service facility.” Vehicle service <br />facilities in the “LC” – Limited Commercial District require a conditional use permit. Staff <br />recommends approval of the application with conditions as set forth later in the report. <br /> <br />
