The majority of Council agreed to propose all three tax increases for the August ballot with <br />one-quarter cent increase in Economic Development Tax and one-quarter cent increase in <br />Local Sales Tax and twenty-five cent increase in Property Tax. <br />Mr. Sharpe was adamant against staff reduction. <br />Ms. Ricci stated that the City needed to consider service adjustment first. <br />Mr. Crow emphasized the need to do strategic cuts rather than overall cuts. <br />The majority of Council agreed to use a consultant for tax initiative proposals. Ms. Ricci <br />asked for the dollar cost of the consultant be given to the Council first. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m. <br />Joyce Pumm, City Clerk <br /> <br />
