ORDINANCE NO.__________ <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A <br />TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS “THE RESIDENCES OF <br />DARTMOUTH III” AND LOCATED AT 7011 DARTMOUTH. <br />WHEREAS, on January 6, 2009 , Schoemehl Enterprises L.L.C. c/o Brian Schoemehl <br />submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as “ The Residences <br />of Dartmouth III” located at 7011 Dartmouth , University City, Missouri; and <br />WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership, a <br />minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City Municipal <br />Code; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting on January 28, 2009, the University City Plan Commission <br />reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance <br />with the requirements of the University City Municipal Code, and recommended to the City <br />Council of University City approval of the final plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and <br />information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof is a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as “The Residences at Dartmouth III” and located <br />at 7011 Dartmouth , University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat <br />creates two condominium units at 7011 Dartmouth. <br />Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full <br />compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. <br />Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit “A” is hereby approved. <br />Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision <br />plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University <br />City. <br />Section 4.
