BILL 9016 – An ordinance amending Chapter 34 of the University City <br />Municipal Code, relating to zoning, by repealing section 34-123.1 thereof <br />relating to City Council review of site plans and Section 34-132.2 thereof <br />relating to Plan Commission findings of facts for conditional use permit <br />approval, and enacting in lieu thereof new sections to be known as "34- <br />123.1 City Council Review”; and "34-132.2 Findings of Fact", thereby <br />amending said section so as require that all new development and <br />substantial redevelopment along Olive Boulevard reviewed under a site <br />plan or a conditional use permit process comply with the Olive Boulevard <br />Design Guidelines; containing a savings clause and providing a penalty. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved for approval of Bill 9016 and was seconded by Mr. Sharpe. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote was <br />AYES: Ms. Ricci, Mr. Crow, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe, Jr., Mr. Price, Mr. Wagner, <br />and Mayor Adams <br />NAYS: none <br /> <br />Bill 9016 passed and became ordinance 6765. <br /> <br /> <br />K. BILL 9017 – An ordinance amending Chapter 10.36 of the University City <br />Municipal Code, relating to regulations for specific streets, by repealing <br />section 10.36.190 thereof, relating to through traffic prohibited on certain <br />streets at all times or during designated hours and enacting in lieu thereof <br />a new section to be known as “section 10.36.190 through traffic prohibited <br />on certain streets at all times or during designated hours,” thereby <br />amending said section so as to prohibit through traffic at all times on <br />Liberty Avenue from Hanley to the north city limits; containing a saving <br />clause and providing a penalty. <br /> <br />Introduced by Mr. Sharpe <br />2. BILL 9018 – An ordinance amending Chapter 9.20 of the University City <br />Municipal Code, relating to offenses by or against minors, by repealing <br />section 9.20.020 thereof, relating to curfew, and by repealing section <br /> <br />
