Poll of Council <br />AYES: Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe and Mayor Adams <br />NAYS: Mr. Price, Mr. Wagner and Mr. Crow. <br />Motion to postpone was defeated with a tie vote. <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval of the petition with two conditions: <br />1.) Upon completion and opening of Highway 40 and the lane on the south side <br />of Forsythe not be restricted to certain hours of parking. <br />2.) Contingent on the City Attorneys review and approval. <br />Mr. Wagner’s motion was seconded by Mr. Crow and was approved by the <br />majority with one Nay vote from Mr. Glickert. <br />Mayor Adams asked residents of Forsyth to send an email to him, Mr. Wagner or <br />Mr. Crow identifying if the parking problem existed before the closing of Highway <br />40. He also asked if the City could look at how many vehicles can be parked on <br />both sides of Forsyth. <br />5. Non-Uniform Pension Plan potential conversion. The Actuary Scope of Service <br />Ms. Feier asked the Council to approve expenditure of $2500 for the study of <br />Scope of Services. <br />Mr. Price moved for approval, seconded by Mr. Sharpe and was approved by the <br />majority with one Nay vote from Mayor Adams. <br />6. Purchase of four 2009 Impala Police cars. <br />Mr. Price moved for approval, seconded by Mr. Wagner and was approved <br />unanimously. <br />J. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />1. BILL 9020 –Was deleted as it was a duplicate. <br />2. BILL 9021 – An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to <br />be known as “The Residences of Dartmouth III” and located at 7011 Dartmouth. <br />Mr. Price moved for approval of Bill 9021 and was seconded by Mr. Glickert. <br />Roll Call Vote was: <br />AYES: Mr. Price, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Crow, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe, Jr., and <br />Mayor Adams <br />NAYS: none <br />Bill 9021 became Ordinance 6769 <br />3. BILL 9022 – An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to <br />be known as “714 Leland Condominiums” and located at 714 Leland. <br />Mr. Price moved for approval of Bill 8985 and was seconded by Mr. Crow. <br />Roll Call Vote was: <br /> <br />
