Council Member McMahon commented that the board just voted to close the amortization <br />period and that would impact the contribution levels and the amounts of the impact are <br />unknown. Mr. <br />could have a positive or negative impact-year period. Council Member <br />McMahon further stated that the fluctuations in market forces could change and even <br />contributing the recommended amount could result in not being funded at 100% so there really <br />bill, we could project the downside a <br />pay the recommended amount this is the downsidea numerical estimate. To <br />than he can remember in the past number of years that any City Manager has been here or <br />been involved so he appreciates what Mr. Rose is doing. <br /> <br />Member Wall asked about the Library page 3 line N - 24% increase in contribution. Mr. Ribble <br />ll population. <br /> <br />Member Isenberg asked if there could be any financial information provided to show the impact <br />of going to the closed amortization period. Mr. Ribble said they could provide information for <br />2020. <br /> <br />Mr. Rose commented that the projections he requested were shared with the Board for <br />recommendation. Member Isenberg stated he questioned the need for the board to have the <br />information because he thought it may not have impacted the board and what they were doing. <br /> <br />Chairman Reedy called for a motion to accept the non-uniformed January 2019 Actuarial <br />Valuation Report. Member Wall motioned to approve the report. The motion was seconded by <br />Member Stutz and approval carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Chairman Reedy called for a motion to accept the police and fire January 2019 Actuarial <br />Valuation Report. Member Stutz motioned to approve the report. The motion was seconded by <br />Member Isenberg and approval carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />Greensfelder Legal Comment <br /> <br />Attorney Kara Krawzik stated that Statute <br />105.702 pertaining to a procurement action plan for women and minority money managers and <br />draft recommended language for inclusion. <br /> <br />Attorney Krawzik commented there is state legislation about potential financial disclosures that <br />may need to be made to participants but so far it There is also legislation <br />prohibiting contracting with companies that are boycotting goods and services from Israel. <br />Ў <br /> <br /> <br />
