Session 1914 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />March 15, 2004 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers <br />of City Hall, on Monday, March 15, 2004, Mayor Joseph Adams called the meeting to <br />order at 7:40 p.m. Mayor Adams apologized for starting the meeting late, In addition to <br />the Mayor; the following members of Council were present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br />Mr. Wayne Munkel <br />Mr. Robert Wagner <br />Mr. Larry Lieberman <br />Ms. Shelley Welsch <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present were the City Manager, Mr. Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved to adopt the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on February 23, <br />2004, and Mr. Wagner seconded the motion. Ms. Welsch pointed out that on page five <br />her name had been misspelled and she wanted it spelled correctly. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />OATHS OF OFFICE <br /> <br />Doyle Mitchell, 8500 Richard Avenue, took the oath of office to serve a term on the Park <br />Commission, ending January 21, 2007. Also taking the oath of office was Charles <br />Mosley, 1416 Waldron Avenue, who will also serve on the Park Commission until <br />January 21, 2007. Mayor Adams thanked both Mr. Mitchell and Mr. Mosley for serving <br />the City. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM #1 - The Consent Calendar <br />11 Scott Air Paks for Fire Department <br /> <br />Requests for Quotes were sent to vendors to provide pricing for subject Fire <br />Department equipment. The response follows: <br /> <br />Battalion Three ........................................... $ 35,662.00 <br />Reis Emergency Products .............................. $ 26,756.75 <br /> <br /> <br />
