Executive Sessions: Mayor Adams then asked for a motion to go into executive session immediately following this meeting in the second floor conference to discuss Real Estate matters per RSMo 610.021(2). Mr. Munkel make the motion and Mr. Munkel seconded the Motion. The vote was taken as was as follows: AYES - Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe and Mayor Adams; NAYS: none. Mayor Adams then asked for a motion to go into executive session on March 15, 2004 in the second floor conference room at 6:00 p.m. to discuss legal matters per RSMo 610.021(1). Mr. Munkel moved and Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion. The vote was taken and was as follows: AYES - Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, and Mayor Adams; NAYS- none. Mayor Adams announced that a study session would be held following the executive session, and it would be held in the second floor conference room, also on March 15, 2004. COMMENTS Mayor Adams said a notice had been sent to all Councilmembers regarding a meeting jointly sponsored by the County Municipal League and the St. Louis Area City Managers' Association for an all-day meeting on March 12th, 2004, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the Heights in Richmond Heights and he hopes that all Councilmembers will be able to attend.
