At the public hearing, held at the time and place specified in the notice, all suggestions or <br />objections concerning the proposed improvement and proposed assessments were duly heard <br />and passed upon by the City Council. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the proposed improvement shall be made in accordance <br />with the plans and specifications set out in Exhibit "A"; that financing for the cost thereof shall be <br />obtained as provided in Sections 67.453 to 67.475 RSMo; and that after construction of the <br />improvement has been completed, the final cost of the improvement shall be computed, and be <br />resolution or ordinance such cost shall be assesses as special assessments against the property <br />described in the proposed assessment roll (Exhibit "B"). <br /> <br />Motion seconded by Council member zl~~ and carried. <br />Adopted this fO/ day of ~~/ ,2004. <br />! hereby certify that ~t~e above is a true exce~ from ~e minutes of the meeting of the City Council <br />held on the/~ dayof ~flOf~~~ 2004. <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
