Session 1930 <br />July 26, 2004 <br /> <br />BILLS FOR SECOND AND THIRD READING: <br /> <br />BILL 8723 AMENDING CHAPTER 15.16 OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY <br />MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT, SO AS TO <br />MEET CURRENT NATIONAL FLOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM CRITERIA; <br />CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />Held over until August 16, 2004 meeting. <br /> <br />BILL 8724 - APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND <br />TO BE KNOWN AS 7300 FORSYTH CONDOMINIUMS AND LOCATED AT <br />7300 FORSYTH. <br /> <br />The Bill was given its second reading <br />The Bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved approval and Ms. Welsch seconded. The roll call vote was as <br />follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Ms. Brungardt, Ms. Brot, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe and <br />Mayor Adams; NAYS: none. Bill number 8724 passed and became Ordinance No. <br />6491. <br /> <br />BILL 8725 - APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND <br />TO BE KNOWN AS FORSYTH PLACE CONDOMINIUMS PHASE 2 AND <br />LOCATED AT 7310 FORSYTH. <br /> <br />The Bill was given its second reading. <br />The Bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Ms. Colquitt moved approval and Ms. Welsch seconded. The roll call vote was as <br />follows: AYES: Ms. Brungardt, Ms. Brot, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, Ms. Colquitt and <br />Mayor Adams; NAYS: none. Bill number 8725 passed and became Ordinance No. <br />6492. <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff thanked the Council for approving these bills, and noted that the owners <br />and developers were in the audience and thanked them for their faith in this community. <br /> <br />BILL 8726 - AMENDING CHAPTER 34 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING <br />TO ZONING, BY ENACTING A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION <br />34-106.3(5), TEMPORARY PROMOTIONAL DISPLAYS, SO AS TO CHANGE <br />TIME RESTRICTIONS; CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING <br />A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The Bill was given its second reading. <br />The Bill was given its third reading. <br /> Page 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
