Held over until August 16, 2004 meeting. BILL 8724 - APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS 7300 FORSYTH CONDOMINIUMS AND LOCATED AT 7300 FORSYTH. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Ms. Brungardt, Ms. Brot, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe and Mayor Adams; NAYS: none. Bill number 8724 passed and became Ordinance No. 6491. BILL 8725 - APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS FORSYTH PLACE CONDOMINIUMS PHASE 2 AND LOCATED AT 7310 FORSYTH. The Bill was given its second reading. The Bill was given its third reading. Ms. Colquitt moved approval and Ms. Welsch seconded. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Ms. Brungardt, Ms. Brot, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, Ms. Colquitt and Mayor Adams; NAYS: none. Bill number 8725 passed and became Ordinance No. 6492. Mr. Ollendorff thanked the Council for approving these bills, and noted that the owners and developers were in the audience and thanked them for their faith in this community. BILL 8726 - AMENDING CHAPTER 34 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO ZONING, BY ENACTING A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION 34-106.3(5), TEMPORARY PROMOTIONAL DISPLAYS, SO AS TO CHANGE TIME RESTRICTIONS; CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
