Session 1923 MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL June 7,2004 At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers of City Hall, on Monday, June 7, 2004, Mayor Joseph Adams called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of Council were present: Ms. Cassandra Colquitt Ms. Francine Brungardt Mr. Robert Wagner Ms. Stefany Brot Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. Excused: Ms. Shelley Welsch Also present was the City Manager, Mr. Frank Ollendorff. MINUTES Mr. Sharpe moved to adopt the Budget Study Session on May 10, 2004. Ms. Brot seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. Mr. Sharpe moved to adopt the minutes of the Budget Study Session on May 12, 2004 and Ms. Colquitt seconded the motion. Mr. Wagner pointed out that on page 9 in the last paragraph the figure $6,000 should be $6,700 as stated on page 6 in the minutes of the Budget Study Session of May 10, 2004. The minutes passed unanimously, as amended. Mr. Wagner moved to approve the minutes of a Special Meeting held on May 17, 2004, and Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Sharpe moved to adopt the minutes of a Regular Session held on May 17, 2004 and Ms. Brungardt seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Resolution Authorizinq the Offerin.q for Sale of Certificates of Participation, Series 2004 Mr. Wagner introduced a Resolution authorizing the selling of bonds, and Ms. Brungardt seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Resolution of Intent to Participate in Natural Hazard Mitiqation Ms. Brot moved to accept a Resolution authorizing the intent to participate in mitigation of natural hazards, and Mr. Wagner seconded, which passed unanimously.
