CLOSED <br />STREET INTERSECTIONS~ BARRICADES" SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR I~%LF BARRICADES <br />AT STANFORD AVENUE AT GAY AVE~JE, A}~D STA~]FORD AVENUE AT SWARTHMORE <br />LAi~E, PER~.IITTING EGRESS ONLY; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING <br />A PENALTY." <br /> <br />The bill was assigned number 6625 and given its first reading. <br /> <br />MISCELLA~NEOUS: <br /> <br />MTo OLIVE SE%,f~RS: <br />~ayor Kaufman called attention to a memorandum from the administrative <br />forces with regard to the matter of Mto Olive sewers. City }~nager <br />llenry explained that since MSD has offered to do the work of installing <br />the storm drain line - several hundred feet - on the east side of Mt. <br />Olive, which is a necessary part of a street improvement as well as help <br />ing the area generally~ the City would agree to supply the materials, at <br />least up to $6500. <br /> <br />Following brief discussion, Councilman Lieberman moved that the Council <br />approve this expenditure. Motion seconded by Councilman Grimm and unani- <br />mously carried. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />On motion of Councilman Epstein, seconded by Councilman Grim~ and unani <br />mously carried, the meeting adjourned at 12:56 A.M. <br /> <br />Fr.~}s C.
