Councilman Lieberman pointed out that as he recalls, the rezoning has been indicated as ~from B-2-1, B-i-i, R-2 and R-3 to R-6 zoning~' and he asked what happened to the ~R-3'~ which doesn't appear in the body of the bill or in the title. ~ge City ~nager said he doesn't know why it was omitted. At this juncture, Councilman Bamburg said he wants to compliment the City Plan Commission for its forward-looking activities here and looking ahead and seeing that this is an area that ought to be developed in one tract. He said he thinks the City has an excellent Plan Commission and he hopes the word gets back to them. Councilman Lieberman said he would like to introduce the bill, but wants to make sure that the 'R-3" is included. Hiss Simon suggested he make the amendment before the bill is introduced and Councilman Lieberman made the amendment accordingly.
