RESOLUTION NO~¢~/ i~[7[~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE RELOCATION. AND <br />INSTALLATION OF FIRE HYDRANTS IN MARYLAND <br />TERRACE SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY <br />CITY, ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI <br /> <br /> ' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Missouri American Water Company shall install four (4) new fire hydrants <br />and 2 (two) removal in the City of University City and within the easement provided for such <br />purpose. The projections of these fire hydrant locations on the nearest curbs are described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />A point of the north curb line of Westmoreland Avenue three hundred and eighty four (384) <br />feet west of Big Bend Boulevard west curb line. (This shall be a removal fire hydrant) <br /> <br />A point on the north curb line of Westmoreland Avenue fifteen (15) feet east of Williams <br />Avenue east curb line.. <br /> <br />A point on the north curb line of Westmoreland Avenue four hundred and five (405) feet <br />west of Williams Avenue west curb line. <br /> <br />A point on the north curb line of Westmoreland Avenue nine hundred and fifty five (955) <br />feet west of Williams Avenue west curb line. (This shall be a removal fire hydrant) <br /> <br />A point on the north curb line of Maryland Avenue four hundred and thirty two (439) feet <br />east of Williams Avenue east curb line. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />A point on the north curb line of Maryland Avenue three hundred and fifty two (352) feet <br />west of Williams Avenue west curb line. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. In order to establish the above-mentioned fire hydrant layout, two (2) fire <br />hydrants shall be removed from their present locations in tree lawns between curbs and sidewalks. <br />The projections of these fire hydrant locations on the nearest curbs are described as follows: <br /> <br />A point on the north curb line of Westmoreland Avenue one hundred and ninety two (192) <br />feet east of Williams Avenue east curb line. <br /> <br />A point on the north curb line of Westmoreland Avenue seven hundred and fifty five (755) <br />feet west of Williams Avenue west curb line. <br /> <br /> <br />
