RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> The matter of the neighborhood improvement district in University Park No. 2 <br />Subdivision was considered. <br /> <br />view and general discussion of the matter, Councilmember <br /> offered the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of University City, Missouri, <br />finds and declares as follows: <br /> <br />On September 29, 2003, a neighborhood improvement district in <br />University Park No. 2 Subdivision was lawfully established by Resolution <br />No. RES092903A, and preliminary plans and specifications for the <br />proposed improvement were ordered to be made. <br /> <br />The project name for the proposed improvement is "University Park No. 2 <br />Subdivision Neighborhood Improvement Project." <br /> <br />3. The general nature of the proposed improvement is as follows: <br /> <br />a. Reconstruction of Subdivision streets to provide proper grading; <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />Reconstruction of Subdivision concrete curbs, gutters and <br />driveway aprons; <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Replacement of Subdivision sidewalks, carriage walks and <br />pedestrian ramps according to University City Public Works <br />Department Standards for public property of that nature; <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />Adjustment of utilities in the Subdivision to grade (gas and water <br />valves and storm sewers); <br /> <br />e. Sewer evaluation and repair in the Subdivision; <br /> <br />Maintenance and repair work on Subdivision streets, curbs, gutters, <br />driveway aprons, storm water inlets and sidewalks according to <br />University City Public Works Department standards for public <br />property of that nature; and <br /> <br />go <br /> <br />Any other improvement to said Subdivision property which is <br />necessary to meet City of University City standards for acceptance <br />of a dedication of such property to public use. <br /> <br /> <br />
