Session 1945 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />January 28, 2005 <br /> <br />At a special meeting of the City Council of University City held in the 2nd floor <br />Conference Room, on January 28, 2005, Mayor Joseph Adams called the meeting to <br />order at 4:30 p.m. In addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of Council were <br />present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br />Mr. Robert Wagner (arrived at 5:13 p.m.) <br />Ms. Francine Brungardt <br />Ms. Stefany Brot <br />Ms. Shelley Welsch <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />Ms. Brungardt moved and Ms. Brot seconded that the Council move into Executive <br />Session to discuss RSMo 610.021(3) Personnel immediately in this same room after an <br />affirmative vote. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Ms. Brungardt, Ms. Brot, Ms. <br />Welsch, Mr. Sharpe and Mayor Adams; NAYS: none. The vote passed unanimously to <br />move to Executive Session. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 4:39 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Shelley Welsch <br /> <br /> <br />
