Session 1952 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />February 22, 2005 <br /> <br />At a special meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers, <br />on Monday, February 22, 2005, Mayor Joseph Adams called the meeting to order at <br />5:30 P.M. In addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of Council were present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt - excused <br />Ms. Francine Brungardt <br />Mr. Robert Wagner <br />Ms. Stefany Brot <br />Ms. Shelley Welsch - excused <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. - excused <br /> <br />Also present was the City Manager, Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff advised that this meeting was called by the Mayor and several members <br />of the City Council for the purpose of any member introducing bills. He said that if <br />anyone said "1 introduce" the City Clerk gives the first reading and that is the only <br />subject of this meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams said the meeting is now in the Legislative Docket. <br /> <br />Bills for Introduction <br /> <br />1. Mr. Wagner introduced Bill Number 8759: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF <br />LAND TO BE KNOWN AS "BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT AND SUBDIVISION <br />PLAT OF A PART OF LOT 32 OF CENTRAL SUBURBS ST. LOUIS COUNTY, <br />MISSOURI AND LOCATED 7823 GREENSFELDER AND THE WESTERN 18 <br />FEET OF 533 WARDER. <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff reported that by law such bills must stay on the table for a period of seven <br />days, so this Bill would normally be voted upon at the next Council meeting, which is <br />scheduled for March 7, 2005 at 6:30 P.M. at which time the Council may, if they wish, <br />move forward. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner asked if there should be public comment on this Bill. <br /> <br />Bob Wagoner, 7848, Greensfelder Lane, expressed his great dismay relating to the <br />level of effort from elected officials and staff who run University City in enforcing the <br /> <br /> <br />
