Mr. Ollendorff said the roof screening was virtually done, am in the opinion of City staff, in a workmanlike way. Mr. Price felt the use of a tent should not be considered until all of the work that was to be done originally is complete. Mayor Majerus suggested Council proceed with approving the corrlitional use pennit urrler the original fonnat, with the proviso that rooftop screening is to be campleted within seven days. She also proposed that a decision on tent use be tabled or postponed until Council has additional infonnation. Mrs. Schuman agreed, suggesting that she, Mr. Wagner, am pertlaps the Mayor meet with synagOSJUe representatives as well as neighbors to try to work out the details am resolve the concerns expressed. Mr. Wagner moved to table the request for tent use until all parties involved have a better understarrling of what is being requested. Mr. Adams said this issue was not part of the oriqinal application am he felt Council did not have to deal with it at this ti1ne. Mr. Wagner withdrew his motion. Ferguson, 553 westview, said Agudas Israel completely decimated the bushes installed by the City 20 years ago to serve as a buffer between his subdivision am the conunercial area.
