SESSION 1551 ~ MINUI'ES OF '!HE UNIVERSITY CITY' a:xJNCIL July 29, 1991 At a regular meeting of the city Council of university City, held in the As- sembly Room of City Hall on Monday, July 29, 1991, Mayor Janet Majerus pre- sided and called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were present: Mr. Byron R. Price Mr. Joseph L. Adams, Jr. Mr. Robert G. Wagner Mrs. Mary. V. Sdnnnan Mr. Paul E. Schoaner Mrs. Betty L. 'Ihc::a1'pson Also present was City Manager Frank Ollendorff. MINUI'ES June 3. 1991 Mr. Wagner moved approval of the minutes of the June 3, 1991 regular meeting. Mr. Schoomer seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. June 10. 1991 Mr. Price moved that the minutes of the Jtme 10, 1991 special meeting be ap- proved. Mrs. Schuman seconded the motion, and all voted Aye. June 17. 1991 Mrs. Schuman moved approval of the minutes of the regular meeting on June 17, 1991. Mr. Schoomer seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. June 26. 1991 Mr. Wagner moved that the minutes of the June 26, 1991 special meeting be ap- proved. Mrs. Schuman seconded the motion, and all voted Aye. REAProIN'IMENTS Mr. Adams moved the reappointments of Mr. 'Ihomas Dickenson, 7145 Lindell, and Mr. Brent Mar'lcUy 1 7143 Pershing, to the Board of Adjustment for tenns expir- ing July 7, 1996. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. 0A'lHS OF OFFICE Dr. carolyn Orange, new appointee to the Canunission on Human Relations; Mr. John Dean, reappointed to the Library Board; arrl Ms. Maxine Goldstein arrl Mr. Miles Cramer 1 reappointed to the Board of Trustees of the Unifo:rmed and Non- Unifonned Employees Retirement F\mds, were given the oath of office by the city Clerk.
