<br />SESSION 1551 <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />MINUI'ES OF '!HE UNIVERSITY CITY' a:xJNCIL <br /> <br />July 29, 1991 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the city Council of university City, held in the As- <br />sembly Room of City Hall on Monday, July 29, 1991, Mayor Janet Majerus pre- <br />sided and called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, <br />the following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Mr. Byron R. Price <br />Mr. Joseph L. Adams, Jr. <br />Mr. Robert G. Wagner <br />Mrs. Mary. V. Sdnnnan <br />Mr. Paul E. Schoaner <br />Mrs. Betty L. 'Ihc::a1'pson <br /> <br />Also present was City Manager Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUI'ES <br /> <br />June 3. 1991 <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval of the minutes of the June 3, 1991 regular meeting. <br />Mr. Schoomer seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />June 10. 1991 <br />Mr. Price moved that the minutes of the Jtme 10, 1991 special meeting be ap- <br />proved. Mrs. Schuman seconded the motion, and all voted Aye. <br /> <br />June 17. 1991 <br />Mrs. Schuman moved approval of the minutes of the regular meeting on June 17, <br />1991. Mr. Schoomer seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />June 26. 1991 <br />Mr. Wagner moved that the minutes of the June 26, 1991 special meeting be ap- <br />proved. Mrs. Schuman seconded the motion, and all voted Aye. <br /> <br />REAProIN'IMENTS <br /> <br />Mr. Adams moved the reappointments of Mr. 'Ihomas Dickenson, 7145 Lindell, and <br />Mr. Brent Mar'lcUy 1 7143 Pershing, to the Board of Adjustment for tenns expir- <br />ing July 7, 1996. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />0A'lHS OF OFFICE <br /> <br />Dr. carolyn Orange, new appointee to the Canunission on Human Relations; Mr. <br />John Dean, reappointed to the Library Board; arrl Ms. Maxine Goldstein arrl Mr. <br />Miles Cramer 1 reappointed to the Board of Trustees of the Unifo:rmed and Non- <br />Unifonned Employees Retirement F\mds, were given the oath of office by the <br />city Clerk. <br /> <br />Mayor Majerus expressed Council's gratitude to the new and reappointed mem- <br />bers for agreeing to serve the City in this way, noting that the City dePends <br />
