'!here were improvements last year, along with a reduction <br />in the pension tax, but he felt uniformed workers had been misled about the <br />amount of money available for more upJrades. F\m::i invesbnents have done well <br />this year, with more money available than anticipated, but it is now proposed <br />to reduce the tax again.
