All agreed. <br /> <br />Mayor Majerus said the decision of the Plan Canrnission will stand. <br /> <br />LICUOR LICENSE - 6335 DElMAR BLVD. <br /> <br />The City Manager said the request by site oil Carpany for a license to sell <br />packaged 5% beer at 6335 Delmar has been postpJned because the company repre- <br />sentative could not be present; hCMever, anyone wishing to conunent may do so. <br /> <br />Mr. Carl Cibulka, 1421 Coolidge, asked Council to deny this application since <br />there were already enough outlets for liquor sales in that area, and he want- <br />ed to see further use of alcohol there discouraged. <br /> <br />CX>NDrrICNAL USE - 602 OID B::>NHCMME <br /> <br />The City Manager said Agudas Israel requested an extension of the extension <br />on their conditional use pennit because they have been unable to complete the <br />work required by the City on their building by the last deadline. He noted <br />the last extension stated there would be no rore extensions; hCMever, he re- <br />ceived word today that one of the two remaining items was finished. <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer said he just spoke with the applicant, who asked that this mat- <br />ter return to the Plan Commission for further discussion since there was a <br />need for professional advice on a problem. He moved to refer this to the <br />Plan CoImnission. Mrs. Schuman secorrled the rotion, am all voted Aye. <br /> <br />o)RVEITE PIACE RESUBDIVISION <br /> <br />The City Manager concurred with the Plan Commission recommendation to approve <br />resul:x:lividing lDts 7-15 of Corvette Place, subject to the condition that the <br />detention basin be completed before the fonnal signing of the revised plat. <br /> <br />Mrs. Schuman asked why the resubdivision was necessary. Director of Planning <br />Al Goldman said the reason for resubdi viding was to arrange the buildings in <br />the newer section somewhat differently in order to make them rore marketable. <br /> <br />Mr. Price roved approval subject to the reconunerrled condition. Mrs. Schuman <br />seconded the rotion, which carried unanilrously. <br /> <br />CX>NDrrICNAL USE - 7380 OLIVE STREEr ROAD/DRIVE-'lllRCXrn RESTAURANT' <br /> <br />The city Manager agreed with the Plan Conunission recomrnerrlation to approve <br />the addition of a drive-through service at lDng John silver's restaurant at <br />7380 Olive, with the follCMing conditions: <br /> <br />1. Construction materials used to finish the exterior of the building addi- <br />tion shall match those of the existing building. <br />2. The proposed 7 parking spaces depicted on the 2/15/91 site plan should be <br />renoved and replaced with 4 parking spaces parallel to the west property <br />line. All parking spaces on the site shall be at least 9 I in width and <br />
