CX>NDrrICNAL USE - 7380 OLIVE STREEr ROAD/DRIVE-'lllRCXrn RESTAURANT' The city Manager agreed with the Plan Conunission recomrnerrlation to approve the addition of a drive-through service at lDng John silver's restaurant at 7380 Olive, with the follCMing conditions: 1. Construction materials used to finish the exterior of the building addi- tion shall match those of the existing building. 2. The proposed 7 parking spaces depicted on the 2/15/91 site plan should be renoved and replaced with 4 parking spaces parallel to the west property line.
