He also said he could not get a loan <br />because of this. He said he sent a letter to the administration last August <br />requesting an investigation and also asking for pennission to do the work, <br />but said he has not received an answer. <br /> <br />Mayor Majerus said Mr. Black should at least have received an answer, even if <br />the administration did not agree with his position. <br /> <br />Mrs. 'lhonq:>son said the City Manager should look into this. AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 5763. <br />A bill was introduced by councilmember Adams, entitled: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE cnMPENSATION 'ID BE PAID 'ID CITY OFFICIAIS AND EM- <br />PIOYEES AS ENUMERA'IED HEREIN FROM AND AFTER MARCH 13, 1991, AND REPEALING OR- <br />DINANCE NO. 5763." <br /> <br />The bill was assigned No. 8000 and given its first reading. <br /> <br />roJNCIIMEMBER COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mrs. Schuman said she was glad to see the sw::vey responses on the polycart <br />pilot program, however, she noticed that some residents seemed to be leaving <br />the carts out all week. She asked that warning hangers be put on the carts <br />as soon as practicable to let people know this should not be done. <br /> <br />Mrs. 'lhompson called Council's attention to the census data published in the <br />morning neWSPaper.
