<br />January 18, 1991 <br /> <br />FROM: Willie Norfleet, Director of Finance <br /> <br />TO: Frank Ollendorff, City Manager <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Budget Transfers <br /> <br />Attached is a list of budget transfers that need to be approved by the City <br />Council in order to have a balanced budget. Some revenue estimates were <br />adjusted. <br /> <br />The attached list includes nearly every line item that will be overspent, which <br />was an estimated $209,190. <br /> <br />The Prior Year's Revenue will have to be increased by $102,390 in order to have <br />a balance budget. <br /> <br />In order to keep the budget balanced, you will have to disallow overspending or <br />spend from the City's General Fund reserve.
