Mr. Feldman asked why it <br />was not spent. Mr. Ollerrlorff said one reason is that the city was able to <br />get same of the work done under budget. Mr. Feldman questioned whether the <br />Kingslam Bridge was the best place to pIt this money. <br /> <br />Mrs. Schuman said she asked the City Manager the same questions, am he said <br />there were several reasons why the money was not spent in the year allocated. <br /> <br />Responding to Mrs. '!hampson, Mr. Ollernorff said Council could put some of <br />the money into home improvemant grants or loans if it prefers. <br /> <br />'!he motion was approved four to zero.
