He received tickets, justifiably, for park- <br />ing his tnlck on the street, but d1ecks sent in payment did not clear for <br />several llK)nths, arrl one fran last November never cleared. He fClUl'Xl those in <br />the Bureau uncooperative arrl :rude when he tried to straighten out the matter. <br />He fully supports the existing tnlck parkirq law, adding that if the law is <br />cha.n:Jed, the Bureau would becane even llK)re confused. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner noved that a plblic hearing be held August 17, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. <br />on the proposal to chan:'Je the University city t.nIck parkirq law. Mr. Schoom- <br />er secorrled the motion, which carried unaniIoously.
