Mr. Schoomer moved approval. Mr. Wagner <br />seconded the motion, which carried unani.m:>usly. <br /> <br />'!he City Clerk read the title of a second resolution that expresses the in- <br />tent of the City Council to take necessary actions to adopt a Me1rorarrlum of <br />Understanding with IDeal 2665 International Association of Fire Fighters, <br />representing the City's fire captains. Mr. Wagner moved approval, with Mr. <br />Price seconding the motion.
