SESSION 1567 .--- MINUl'ES OF '!HE UNIVERSITY CI'lY CXXJNCIL April 20, 1992 At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the As- sembly Roan of City Hall on Morrlay, April 20, 1992, Mayor Janet Majerus pre- sided arrl called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were present: Mr. Byron R. Price Mr. Joseph L. Adans, Jr. Mr. Robert G. Wagner Mrs. Mal:y V. Schmnan Mr. Paul E. Schoomer Mrs. Betty L. 'Iharpson Also present was city Manager Frank Ollerrlorff. APril 6. 1992 Mrs. Schmnan m::wed that the minutes of April 6, 1992 be approved as received. Mr. Price secoOOed the ll'Dtion, arrl all voted Aye. APFOlNIMENTS Mrs. 'Ihompson m::wed the appointment of Mr. David F. Neiers, 916 Alanson, to the Board of Adjustment for an Ul"leXpired tenn errling July 7, 1995. Mr. Schoomer secoOOed the IOC>tion, which carried unanimously. Mayor Majerus m::wed that Mr. Jay E. SUshelsky, 7334 Wesbnorelarrl, be appoint- ed to the Board of Adjustment for an Ul"leXpired tenn errling July 7, 1996. Mrs. Schmnan secoOOed the IOC>tion, which carried unanimously.
