<br /> <br />Session 1950 <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />February 14, 2005 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers, <br />on Monday, February 14, 2005, Mayor Joseph Adams called the meeting to order at <br />6:30 P.M. In addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of Council were present: <br /> <br /> Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br /> Ms. Francine Brungardt <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br />Ms. Stefany Brot <br /> Ms. Shelley Welsch <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was the City Manager, Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Councilmember Sharpe moved approval of the minutes of the Special Session on <br />January 28, 2005 and Councilmember Welsch seconded, and the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe move approval of the minutes of the Study Session on January 29, 2005 <br />and Councilmember Colquitt seconded. Councilmember Brot stipulated some changes <br />on page eight which were noted and the motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Ms. Welsch moved approval of the minutes of the Regular Session on January 31, 2005 <br />and Councilmember Brungardt seconded. Ms. Brot requested some changes on pages <br />fourteen and fifteen which were noted and the motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Ms. Brungardt moved approval of the minutes of the Special Session on February 7, <br />2005 and Ms. Brot seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS / REAPPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Wagner moved to appoint Ms. Darlene Davison, 6325 McPherson <br />Avenue, to the Historic Preservation Commission for a first term ending September 9, <br />2006 and Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmember Welsch moved to appoint Lisa Mandel, 858 Greenshire Court, to the <br />Arts and Letters Commission for an unexpired term ending January 2, 2008, and Mr. <br />Wagner seconded the motion which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmember Brot moved to appoint Robert Bernstein, 7324 Cornell Avenue, to serve <br /> <br />
