<br /> <br />Session 1954 <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />March 7, 2005 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers, <br />on Monday, March 7, 2005, Mayor Joseph Adams called the meeting to order at 6:30 <br />P.M. In addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of Council were present: <br /> <br /> Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br /> Ms. Francine Brungardt <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br />Ms. Stefany Brot <br /> Ms. Shelley Welsch <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was the City Manager, Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved approval of the minutes of the Study Session on February 14, 2005, <br />as amended, and Ms. Brot seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Ms. Welsch moved approval of the minutes of the Regular Session on February 14, <br />2005, as amended, and Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved approval of the minutes of the special meeting held February 17, <br />2005 and Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved approval of the minutes of the special meeting held February 22, <br />2005 and Ms. Welsch seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS / REAPPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Sharpe moved to appoint Leland Barber, 1242 Mount Olive, to the Arts <br />and Letters Commission for an unexpired term ending January 2, 2007, and <br />Councilmember Wagner seconded, with the motion passing unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmember Brungardt moved to appoint Patrick Butler, 1618 Quendo Avenue, to <br />the Board of Appeals for an unexpired term ending August 1, 2005, and Councilmember <br />Brot seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmember Colquitt moved to appoint Jerry Fitch, 1404 Partridge Avenue, to the <br />Parks Commission for a term ending January 29, 2008, and Mr. Sharpe seconded the <br />motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
