Session 1954 MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL March 7, 2005 At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers, on Monday, March 7, 2005, Mayor Joseph Adams called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M. In addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of Council were present: Ms. Cassandra Colquitt Ms. Francine Brungardt Mr. Robert Wagner Ms. Stefany Brot Ms. Shelley Welsch Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. Also present was the City Manager, Frank Ollendorff. MINUTES Mr. Sharpe moved approval of the minutes of the Study Session on February 14, 2005, as amended, and Ms. Brot seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Ms. Welsch moved approval of the minutes of the Regular Session on February 14, 2005, as amended, and Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Sharpe moved approval of the minutes of the special meeting held February 17, 2005 and Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Sharpe moved approval of the minutes of the special meeting held February 22, 2005 and Ms. Welsch seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. APPOINTMENTS / REAPPOINTMENTS Councilmember Sharpe moved to appoint Leland Barber, 1242 Mount Olive, to the Arts and Letters Commission for an unexpired term ending January 2, 2007, and Councilmember Wagner seconded, with the motion passing unanimously. Councilmember Brungardt moved to appoint Patrick Butler, 1618 Quendo Avenue, to the Board of Appeals for an unexpired term ending August 1, 2005, and Councilmember Brot seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Councilmember Colquitt moved to appoint Jerry Fitch, 1404 Partridge Avenue, to the Parks Commission for a term ending January 29, 2008, and Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
