<br /> <br />Session 1962 <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> May 2, 2005 <br /> <br />At a special session of the City Council of University City held in the 4th floor <br />conference room, on Monday, May 2, 2005, Mayor Joseph Adams called the meeting to <br />order at 5:30 P.M. In addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of Council were <br />present: <br /> <br /> Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br /> Ms. Francine Brungardt <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br />Ms. Stefany Brot <br /> Ms. Shelley Welsch <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was the City Manager, Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />Executive Session: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams said that the Council needed to consider personnel items in Executive <br />Session as allowed under RSMo 610.021 (3). <br /> <br />Ms. Welsch moved to go into executive session. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion. The <br />roll call votes were as follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Ms. Brungardt, Mr. Wagner, Ms. <br />Brot, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe and Mayor Adams.
