<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Session 1956 <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />March 28, 2005 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers, <br />on Monday, March 28, 2005, Mayor Joseph Adams called the meeting to order at 5:30 <br />P.M. In addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of Council were present: <br /> <br /> Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br /> Ms. Francine Brungardt <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br />Ms. Stefany Brot <br /> Ms. Shelley Welsch <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was the City Manager, Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved approval of the March 7, 2005 Study Session. Ms. Brot seconded. <br />Ms. Brot said that she had forwarded changes to the City Clerk, but would prefer to see <br />all changes incorporated in the minutes prior to approving them. Mr. Wagner suggested <br />that she may table them until she sees them. Ms. Brot moved to table the March 7, <br />2005 minutes. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion. The minutes were tabled. <br /> <br />Ms. Brot moved to approve the March 7, 2005 regular session minutes, as corrected. <br />Mr. Wagner seconded the motion. Ms. Brot and Ms. Welsch said that corrections had <br />been forwarded to the City Clerk. The motion to approve the minutes passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS / REAPPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Adams moved to appoint Livingstone Sykes, 957 Warder Avenue, to serve a first <br />term on the Parks Commission for a term ending, January 21, 2008, and Mr. Sharpe <br />seconded, with the motion passing unanimously. <br /> <br />th <br />Councilmember Brungardt moved to reappoint Evelyn Irving, 1443 78 Street, and Ted <br />Smorodin, 7414 Liberty Avenue, both to second terms on the Parks Commission, both <br />ending January 21, 2008, and Ms. Welsch seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />
