BILL NO. 8762 - AMENDING CHAPTER 34 OF THE CITY ZONING CODE <br />RELATING TO CONDITIONAL USES IN THE MR DISTRICT BY AMENDING <br />SECTION 34-32.4 SO AS TO ADD “SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING” AS A <br />CONDITIONAL USE; CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A <br />PENALTY. <br /> <br /> The Bill was read for the second time. <br /> The Bill was read for the third time. <br /> <br /> Ms. Colquitt moved adoption and Ms. Brot seconded. <br /> <br /> The Roll Call vote was as follows: AYEs: Mr. Wagner, Ms. Brot, Ms. Welsch, Mr. <br />Sharpe, Ms. Colquitt, Ms. Brungardt and Mayor Adams; NAYs: none. Bill 8762 <br />passed and became Ordinance Number 6532. <br /> <br />5. BILL NO. 8763 - VACATING AND SURRENDERING A PORTION OF A <br />TWENTY FOOT WIDE EAST-WEST ALLEY LOCATED IN BLOCK 7 OF THE <br />AMENDED PLAT OF ROTH GROVE SUBDIVISION, BUT RESERVING ANY <br />PUBLIC EASEMENTS, IF ANY, AND DIRECTING THAT THIS ORDINANCE BE <br />RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF DEEDS OF ST.
