<br />Session 1970 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />May 23, 2005 <br /> <br />At a Regular Meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council <br />Chambers, on Monday, May 23, 2005, Mayor Joseph Adams called the meeting to <br />order at 6:30 P.M. In addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of Council were <br />present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br />Ms. Francine Brungardt <br />Mr. Robert Wagner <br />Ms. Stefany Brot <br />Ms. Shelley Welsch <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was the City Manager, Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Council member Sharpe moved approval of the minutes of the special session held on <br />May 2,2005 at 5:30 P.M., and Councilmember Brungardt seconded the motion, which <br />passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Council member Brot moved approval of the regular meeting held on Wednesday, <br />May 2, 2005 at 6:30 P.M. and Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Council member Sharpe moved approval of the special session held on Monday, May 9, <br />2005 at 5:30 P.M., and Ms. Brot seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />APPO I NTME NTS/REAP PO I NTMENTS <br /> <br />Council member Welsch acknowledged Marla E. Roach, 1000 Washington Avenue, <br />#201, Saint Louis, Missouri 63101, as the non-voting Charter member of the CALOP <br />Commission for an indefinite period, and Council member Mr. Sharpe seconded, and the <br />motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM #1 - The Consent Calendar <br /> <br />Ms. Welsch advised that several residents came this evening to speak about the diving <br />board which is the final item, number eight on the Consent Calendar, and she asked <br />that this item be removed for discussion and it was. <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff explained that item number eight was removed, and seven items remain. <br />
