Regular meeting June 6, 2005 amendment gives Council the authority to give either of those two licenses. The only one that we are giving so far is the beer and wine to the Tivoli. This ordinance makes it official. It also gives Council the authority in the future to approve or deny full liquor licenses. Mr. Wagner moved approval. Ms. Welsch seconded the motion. Mr. Wagner moved adoption and Ms. Colquitt seconded the motion. The Roll Call vote was as follows: AYES: Mr. Wagner, Ms. Brot, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, Ms. Colquitt, Ms. Brungardt and Mayor Adams; NAYS: none. Bill number 8787 passed and became Ordinance number 6557. BILL NO. 8788 - APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS “THE VILLAS AT FOUNTAIN PLACE CONDOMINIUMS – LOTS 4 AND 7” AND LOCATED AT 8001 – 3 AND 8010 – 12 PRESIDIO COURT. RESOLUTION - Authorizing the Offering for Sale of Special Obligation Bonds, Series 2005 Mayor Adams explained that this is the companion resolution that needs to be approved to go along with bill number 8786 that was passed earlier by Council.
