Special Meeting
June 7, 2005

Mr. Wagner said that at the back end of the Plan, they have these tables of functions
tasked to certain parties. Some of the functions do involve the City Council, yet it isn’t
noted there. He would like to see the City Council be credited for functions within this
process. If you read this, it doesn’t look like the Council does anything. Mr. Ollendorff
understands and will take a good look at it.

Wrap-Up:

Ms. Welsch thanked the Council for their efforts and participation. Basically, the
consensus was that all of the recommendations can be included in some form and
fashion into the Plan and asked for any disagreement from Council. Mr. Wagner
reiterated his earlier point that it is alright as long as they don’t talk about tearing down
neighborhoods. Ms. Welsch said that they do not. The meeting adjourned at 8:50 p.m.

________________________________
Leisha Meine Forsythe, City Clerk
Page 17
