<br />EASEMENT FOR FACILITIES
<br />
<br />THIS EASEMENT, entered into by City of University City, (6801 Delmar, University City, Missouri
<br />63130), the undersigned, herein referred to as GRANTOR, and SOUTHWESTERN BELL
<br />TELEPHONE, LP, dba, SBC Missouri GRANTEE (12930 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur, Missouri 63141),
<br />wherein GRANTOR, in consideration of the sum ofTen Dollars ($10.00), or other valuable
<br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents GRANT, BARGAIN AND
<br />SELL, CONVEY AND CONFIRM unto GRANTEE, its associated and allied companies, its and their
<br />respective successors, assigns and licensees, a permanent easement to construct, operate, maintain,
<br />inspect and remove such telecommunication systems and lines, and all appurtenances hereto, as may be
<br />required by Grantee from time to time, upon, over and under a strip ofland 10' x 15' situated in the
<br />County of St. Louis, State of Missouri and which is part of Grantor's land described as follows:

<br />Part of Lot 3 in Block 4 of Sadler Place Addition, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
<br />Book 14 Page 77 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office. Known and numbered as 6701 Olive.
<br />
<br />This easement shall be described as the area shown hatched on the attached Easement Plat marked
<br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part thereof.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD same, with all rights and appurtenances to the same belonging, unto
<br />Grantee, its successors, assigns and licensees, until the use of the easement is relinquished or abandoned,
<br />including
<br />
<br />(1) The right of Ingress and egress to and from the easement by reasonable routes across Grantor's
<br />property .
<br />(2) The right to place on over and below the surface of the easement manholes, cable, conduit,
<br />cabinets, cable risers, connector terminals, repeaters, testing terminals and route markers,
<br />associated electrical powering connections, and, etc.
