New Ballas Rd. <br />St. Louis, MO 63141 <br /> <br /> <br />April 13, 2005 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Bull: <br /> <br />The City of University City understands and accepts Missouri American Water Co.'s installation of <br />a new fire hydrant in the City's Forsyth Blvd. Right-of-Way. After installation, this fire hydrant will <br />be maintained by Missouri American Water Company. The projection of this fire hydrant location <br />on the nearest curb is described as follows: <br /> <br />"A point on the north curb line of Forsyth Boulevard one hundred and twenty five (125) feet <br />northwest of prolongation of Bland Drive center line." <br /> <br />The City further acknowledges that Missouri American Water Company needs a City Ordinance for <br />installation of the new fire hydrant.
