111.6 Board decision. <br /> Delete in its entirety. <br />111.6.1 Records and copies. <br /> Delete in its entirety. <br />111.6.2 Administration. <br /> Delete in its entirety. <br />111.7 Court review. <br /> Delete in its entirety. <br />111.8 Stays of enforcement. <br /> Delete in its entirety. <br />111.90 General. <br /> In order to hear and decide appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made <br />by the code official relative to the application and interpretation of this code, there shall be and is <br />hereby created a Board of Appeals. <br />111.91 Application for appeal. <br /> Any person directly affected by an order decision or <br />determination of the code official shall have the right to appeal to the Board of Appeals. An <br />application for appeal shall be based on a claim that the true intent of this code or the rules <br />legally adopted thereunder have been incorrectly interpreted, the provisions of this code do not <br />fully apply, or an equivalent form of construction can be used. <br />111.92 Filing procedures. <br /> All appeals shall be filed in writing with the code official within <br />thirty (30) days after the order, decision or determination is rendered by the code official and <br />shall state the grounds therefore. Appeals must be accompanied by a fee in the amount specified <br />in Section 2.66.040 the University City Municipal Code. <br />111.93 Membership of board. <br /> The Board of Appeals shall consist of seven members appointed <br />by the City Council. Board members shall be appointed for five year terms and serve until a <br />successor has been appointed. <br />111.93.1 Qualifications of board members. <br /> At least three of the members shall each have at <br />least ten (10) years experience as a registered architect, builder, superintendent of building <br />construction or as a registered professional engineer with structural, civil or architectural <br />engineering experience. <br />111.94 Chairperson. <br /> The Board of Appeals shall annually select one of its members to serve as <br />chairperson. <br />111.95 Notice of meeting. <br /> The meeting shall be upon notice from the chairperson, within thirty <br />(30) days of the filing of an appeal, or at stated periodic meetings. <br />111.96 Board powers. <br /> The Board of Appeals may reverse, affirm or modify the order, decision <br />or determination of the code official. <br /> <br />
