He stated he <br />did not hear enough about partnerships in order to secure discounts <br /> <br /> Mr. Sharpe asked if the City could combine orders with others as school district, <br />other municipalities, etc <br /> <br /> Ms. Ricci suggested using the web site to advertise for bids.
