After a presentation to the City Staff, the report was distributed. We have
definitely made strides in fleet management, but there is still a lot of work to do. Let me know if the June 4 date does not work for you.

Lead Hazard Remediation Program
St. Louis County has received funds for a for
homeowners that live in houses built before 1978. The program is a 5-year forgivable
loan, meaning if the homeowner remains in the home for five years, the loan is forgiven
and no money is owed. After the applicant is in the program, an appointment is
scheduled to test your home for Lead Paint. If lead paint is found, one of our Missouri
Lead Qualified Contractors will schedule a time and date to remove the lead hazards.
