I have attached the most recent meeting update for your review. <br />St. Louis County League’s Annual Golf Tournament <br />The on Thursday, June 11 at <br />the Golf Club of Florissant on Old Halls Ferry Rd. This includes 18 holes of golf, box <br />lunch and barbecue dinner. Lunch is at 11:30 a.m. with tee off at 12:30 p.m. The cost <br />is $55 before Memorial Day and $60 thereafter. Please send reservations and payment <br />directly to the League. <br />St. Louis County Municipal League Officers Dinner <br />The will be held on Friday, May <br />29 at the Marriott Hotel West in Town & Country. The after dinner speaker will be Eric <br />Greitens, a former Navy seal and dynamice speaker on leadership. The social hour <br />begins at 6:30 p.m. with dinner at 7:30 p.m. The cost is $30 per person. Directions: <br />from I-270 go west on I-64/Highway 40 about 2 ½ miles to the Maryville Centre exit. Go <br />right (north) on Maryville Centre Dr. and the hotel is about one block on the left. The community art <br />project is to celebrate the 100 year Birthday of our Lions in the Civic Plaza. The <br />Roaring Lions of University City <br /> will arrive on Saturday, June 13. The Lions Birthday <br />Bash Committee will host a scavenger hunt that morning so that residents can seek out <br />the Lions based on clues found only in University City. So mark your <br />calendar…because the Lions are coming! <br />Last year, you recycled 5.5 tons of paper materials and 12.5 tons of plastic and glass <br />Go Green <br />containers! Way to University City employees! As a part of Public Works <br />Week, recycling information was set up in the City Hall Rotunda. <br /> <br />
