Bland Drive: West side thereof between Northmoor Drive and Forsyth Boulevard. Burch Lane cul-de-sac: From a point on the west side of the Burch Lane cul-de-sac forty-two (42) feet north of the drive in front of 1169 Burch Lane, extending along the north and east sides of the cul-de-sac to the frontage at 1156 Burch Lane. Canton Avenue: North side thereof between Partridge Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue. Center Drive: Both sides thereof and both sides of the median strip from Gannon Avenue to Amherst Avenue. Chamberlain Avenue: At the west end of the 7400 block thereof, being approximately fifty (50) feet in length and in the straight portion of the cul-de-sac adjacent to the River Des Peres channel. South side thereof from Midland Avenue to the cul-de-sac adjacent to the River Des Peres channel. Clemens Avenue: North side thereof from Westgate Avenue east to Interdrive Walk. Colby Avenue: West side thereof from the south curb line of Etzel Avenue to a point fifty-eight (58) feet south thereof. Cornell Avenue: South curb of the north leg thereof from Jackson Avenue west for a distance of two hundred (200) feet, more or less. Delmar Boulevard--North Side: From a point two hundred ninety-five (295) feet west of North and South Road to a point two hundred (200) feet east of North and South Road; from a point two hundred sixty-five (265) feet west of Hanley Road to a point two hundred sixty (260) feet east of Hanley Road; from a point two hundred seventy-five (275) feet west of Jackson Avenue to a point four hundred forty (440) feet east of Jackson Avenue; from a point one hundred thirty-five (135) feet west of Midland Boulevard to a point one hundred twenty-five (125) feet east of Midland Boulevard; from a point one hundred (100) feet west of Yale Avenue to the Lion Monuments; at such other locations as the city manager or his or her designee may designate and deem necessary for the safety or convenience of the public, provided an official sign has been erected prohibiting parking there. Delmar Boulevard--South Side: From the west intersection of Delcrest Drive to a point seventy- five (75) feet east of the west intersection of Delcrest Drive; from Donne Avenue to Central Avenue; from a point two hundred sixty-five (265) feet west of Hanley Road to a point two hundred sixty (260) feet east of Hanley Road; from a point three hundred five (305) feet west of Jackson Avenue to a point one hundred (100) feet east of Purdue Avenue; from a point three hundred fifteen (315) feet west of Midland Boulevard to a point one hundred twenty-five (125) feet east of Midland Boulevard; from a point three hundred twenty-five (325) feet west of Big Bend Boulevard to a point one hundred thirty (130) feet east of Big Bend Boulevard; from a point one hundred seventy (170) feet west of Kingsland to Kingsland Avenue; from a point seventy five (75) feet east of West Canterbury Road to a point twenty five (25) feet west of West Canterbury Road; at such other locations as the city manager or his or her designee may designate and deem necessary for the safety or convenience of the public, provided an official sign has been erected prohibiting parking there. Del-Lin Drive: West side thereof between Northmoor Drive and Forsyth Boulevard. On the northeast corner thereof from the east property line at 7347 Northmoor to a line extending five feet north of the access driveway for 7347 Northmoor. Drexel Avenue: South side thereof from Purdue Avenue to Jackson Avenue. Eastgate Avenue: West side thereof from Olive Boulevard south to the city limits. 81st Street: East side of 81st Street from the southernmost line of Nob Hill to a point sixty-four and two-tenths (64.2) feet south thereof. 82nd Boulevard: From the north city limits south to a point one hundred (100) feet south thereof. East Park Industrial Drive: For a distance of thirty (30) feet on both sides of the west entrance of 1011 East Park Industrial Drive.
