BILLS <br />1. <br />BILL 9040 – An ordinance authorizing the City Manager, on behalf of the City <br />of University City, to enter into and execute an agreement with the Missouri <br />Highways and Transportation Commission which provides that the city shall <br />receive grants funds for transportation enhancement activities on Delmar <br />Boulevard <br />2. <br />BILL 9041 - An ordinance amending Chapter 8.12 of the University City <br />Municipal Code, relating to solid waste management disposal, by <br />establishing and imposing fees for solid waste collection services, effective <br />September 1, 2009. <br />3. <br />BILL 9042 – An ordinance amending Chapter 8.12 of the University City <br />Municipal Code, relating to solid waste management and disposal, by <br />repealing Section 8.12.120 thereof, relating to types of solid waste <br />containers - replacement, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be <br />known as “Section 8.12.120 types of solid waste containers - replacement”; <br />thereby amending said section so as to authorize the Director of Finance to <br />establish, impose and assess a fee that reflects the total cost of replacing <br />solid waste containers; containing a savings clause and providing a <br />penalty. <br />MOTIONS <br />1. <br />Motion to amend budget, Ms. Ricci <br />RESOLUTIONS <br />L.
