The residential limb collection is
complete. All remaining debris should be bundled to regular yard waste standards.
Neighbors who have not cleared their tree lawn/curbs of debris will receive warnings
from the inspections staff. The Parks were the last areas to be cleared of debris and
they should be complete next week. The equipment damaged by the electrical storm
has also been a focus. We lost all three fans in the soccer dome and the water feature
in the baby pool. An example of the revised occupancy permits with flood plain notice is
attached and the warning sign for the entrance into the Hafner Court Apartments has
been ordered SEMA and FEMA representatives were on site this week to assess
damage from the last series of events. It does not appear we will meet criteria for a
disaster declaration however; we are moving along in the SEMA grant process and
making strides with our State and Federal officials. .
