Mr. Wagner stated the City Manager assured <br />him that the City will not exceed the 25%. <br /> <br />Mayor pro tem Sharpe Jr. called for a voice vote. Resolution 2009 - 08 was <br />approved by a majority with four Ayes and two Nay votes from Ms. Ricci and Mr. <br />Glickert. Mayor pro tem stated that also with the budget, the City is moving forward <br />with Wilson. <br /> <br />Resolution 2009 – 07, Dedication of Harriet woods Day <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 2009 – 07, Dedication of Harriet Woods Day. BILL 9039 <br /> – An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City <br />Municipal Code, relating to parking restrictions for specific streets, by repealing <br />Section 10.44.010 thereof, relating to parking prohibited on certain streets at all <br />times, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section <br />10.44.010 Parking prohibited on certain streets at all times,” thereby amending <br />said section so as to prohibit parking at all times on the west side of Asbury Ave <br />thereof from Forsyth Blvd. to Lindell Blvd; containing a saving clause and <br />providing a penalty <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONS <br /> <br />L. CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> <br />M. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />Mr. Price believes the Wilson project is the first step in the process to help all in the <br />distressed area. He asked the City Manager to provide the Army Corps of <br />Engineers recommendation and how does Glenside, Mona, and Groby fit into the <br />whole situation and how to move it forward. Mr. Price asked the City Manager to <br />provide the information on the Channel blockage at the 6900 block of Roberts and <br />how to get it cleared. He would like this report before the next session. Mr. Price <br />stated he is the kind of person that sys, “Don’t tell me what we can’t do, tell me what <br />we can do.” <br /> <br /> <br />
